What are the restrictions when applying for a cashback card? Employees must sign up for the card individually but do not have to go through credit cheques. Our Pluxee Card is a prepaid card, so there are no lending or overdraft facilities. 

How does the cashback feature work? We partner with over 80 retailers, all of which offer cashback when you use our Pluxee Card to purchase goods or services through them. Once the transaction has been processed, the retailer will transfer the cashback earned from the transaction to the card.

How can employees keep track? With our Pluxee Card App, your employees have everything they need to track their spending and earnings at the touch of a button. They’ll find a list of all the retailers and the percentage cashback they can earn with them. They’ll also be able to see the cashback status and when it’s landed in their cashback pot.
