Business Development Manager – Partner & Affiliates

As Business Development Manager within the Partner & Affiliates team, you will be on the front line when it comes to dealing with some of the UK’s biggest high street names.

Your main focus and priority will be on securing selected partner participation onto our award winning and market leading pre-paid card. This will involve making initial contact through a variety of channels, introductory meetings and sales pitches as well as ultimately negotiating % rates, marketing materials and launching the brands with our top clients.

Some of these potential opportunities come in the form of clients where we already are ‘buying’ gift cards and securing promotions and marketing opportunities in the wider market place, allowing you first hand to become familiar with their brands before tackling the pre-paid side of the market.

You will be responsible for managing £millions worth of value with top names in high street fashion, travel and DIY as well as in the jewellery sector, dining out and restaurant business and more.


Above all, we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes our relaxed and agile culture, so you’ll fit right in with how we do things:

  • Extensive sales and or buying experience
  • Preferable buying/in-retail experience within the UK
  • Gift Card & Voucher experience while an advantage, not imperative
  • B2B sales and experience a plus
  • Knowledge of the UK retail market, trends and future direction i.e. bricks vs clicks

  • Dynamic ‘out of the box’ thinking when it comes to tackling issues (internally & externally)

As part of the wider Operations & Service Delivery team, you will be helping us deliver fantastic savings, great deals and amazing offers through our various platforms as well as for our own employees. You will be part of a team negotiating directly with top high street retailers, restaurant chains, hotels, travel companies and more such as with top brands, on-line specialists and Leisure Operators.

These agreements will then be offered through our employee benefit sites, Incentive & Recognition platforms as well as our Consumer Loyalty solutions so you will see first-hand what you are doing to help people save money, be rewarded and drive loyalty to our clients, partners and brands.
