Engaging customers and increasing renewals with fuel gift cards
What we did
When a customer renewed their policy, AXA Swiftcover sent the policyholder an email with a promotional URN (unique number). The customer was then directed to a branded website where they were able to enter their personal details to claim their £30 fuel gift card – a pre-loaded debit card that could be used at any petrol station. Once the claim had been validated, the gift card was posted to the customer along with a full set of redemption instructions.
We also handled:
- All customer service relating to the promotion
- The keeping of full and accurate records for the promotion
- A weekly redemption report to our client
