What's the problem?

Batiste wanted to run a money-back guarantee promotion for their range of dry shampoo products to attract new customers and boost sales. That’s where we came in!

What we did

In our Try Me Free campaign, consumers who purchased any product from the Batiste dry shampoo range and were not entirely satisfied with their purchase were invited to claim their money back. Claimants were asked to register on the promotional website within 28 days of making their purchase, complete their personal details, and add a statement of up to 15 words saying why they were not satisfied with the product. Verified claims got their money back!

We also took care of:

  • Fulfilment – ensuring that claimants were reimbursed
  • Validation handling – making sure that all claims were valid
  • All customer enquiries on behalf of the client
  • Weekly redemption reports
