Celebrating the things that matter with Jagex

The story so far
Jagex Games Studio is a multi-award winning games developer and publisher based in Cambridge. They are the largest independent games developer and publisher in the UK. The studio has won numerous awards, including the 2009 and 2010 Golden Joystick for the UK Games Developer of the Year. They regularly feature in the Sunday Times Top 100 Best Companies to Work For, demonstrating a continued commitment to offering employees a positive, challenging and highly rewarding working environment.
What's the problem?
Previously Jagex had given their staff Amazon e-voucher codes on their birthday. But they were now looking to offer a reward that provided more choice and flexibility. They also wanted to treat their staff for not just birthdays but weddings, babies and spot celebrations.

What we did
We provided Jagex with e-voucher cheques that were sent out within a personalised branded e-shot, with four different designs for each occasion. Jagex sends us a list of birthdays and upcoming special events every month and we manage the whole process from then on.
On each celebration, a bespoke message is automatically sent to the employee, containing best wishes and rewarding them with an e-voucher cheque. The employee clicks on a link and enters their personal cheque and validation number, which is included within the e-shot. The employee can then choose their preferred vouchers from over 45 different high street stores. The chosen vouchers are then sent directly to the employee.
