We have one of the biggest bike networks in the market, so your employees can get the bike of their dreams from a trusted chain or their friendly local independent cycle shop, all while saving up to a third of the cost, based on a basic rate taxpayer. Whether it’s a mountain bike, BMX, fixie, electric cycle, or one of those bikes with a basket on the front, your employees will get the wheels they want, at an affordable cost spread over 12 to 18 months.   • The Bikes

    Well, of course there's bikes involved! Your employees can get a commuting bike and safety gear up to the value of £1,000 including VAT (or higher if your organisation has Consumer Credit Authorisation from the FCA) and spread the cost over 12 or 18 months. It doesn't just have to be used to commute, though – it's there to use as they like as long as it is actually used to get to work too. Tax and NI savings help them save at least 32% of that cost, and we help them with purchasing their bike outright at the end of the hire period.

  • The Bike Shops

    You can choose whether you want your cycle to work scheme to be with Halfords, or with a network of over 2,000 independent local stores across the UK. The choice is yours – but whatever you pick, your employees will enjoy amazing choice that gets them the bikes that they want.

  • Administration

    We manage every aspect, giving you an administration portal that keeps your workload to an absolute minimum. We have a dedicated customer care team, manage the end-of-hire arrangements, and provide you with downloadable reports. We'll also help you with developing a communication strategy to get people signing up. The legwork (or is it pedalwork?) is all on us.

  • Savings

    On top of the great savings your employees will be making, you'll also see savings of up to 13.8% on your National Insurance Contributions for the people who use the scheme. Cycle-to-work is one of the few salary sacrifice benefits that still offers these NI savings.
